iOS Purchase Verification not registering the purchase

Hi,
In our projects iOS purchases have a strange behaviour:

Client app starts the purchase
purchase is done, a receipt is sent back
the receipt is verified by the server using the appStoreProxy.verifyPurchase method
the verification is successful and our logic to give rewards to the User kicks in

BUT the purchase is not logged in the braincloud analytics, the User is not flagged as a spender and the transaction is not found in the transactions sections of the app and of the user profile. This is especially bad because we now make heavy use of segments and we need to know if users are spenders or not.

Have you ever found this issue before?

Could you provide us with the appID and the user's profileID associated with the transaction?

The purchases not logged were made in sandbox, that's why I couldn't see them. Thanks for reaching out!
