Apologies folks - we've upgraded our forum software - and seem to have broken some of the links to uploaded profile pics.
To fix:
- click on your broken avatar image in the top-right corner of the forum system
- choose Edit Profile
- then choose Change Picture
- and then choose either
- Upload New Picture
- or select the Gravatar option
